1.Clean your outside condenser coil.
- You must make sure your cleaning the actual coil not just the bottom where leaves have collected. Each unit is a little different refer to your homeowners manual.
2.Change your furnace filter.
3.Clean inside drain hose & coil drain outlet.
4.Check temperature drop for around 18-20 degree difference.
- Measure your homes temperature going into your return air vent. Then measure temperature coming out of your supply air vent.
5. Install a digital programmable thermostat. Set the temperature 5-10 degrees warmer for when your at work.
